Thank you for choosing our coaching services. Please review the following policy prior to purchasing any coaching engagement.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the time, preparation, and personalized nature of coaching services, all purchases are non-refundable. By entering into a coaching agreement and submitting payment, clients acknowledge and agree that sales are final.
Commitment to Client Support
While refunds are not provided, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive coaching experience. We understand that schedules and circumstances may change, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate client needs whenever possible.
We Understand Life Happens
Rescheduling & Adjustments
Clients may request to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice as outlined in their coaching agreement. We will work collaboratively to find alternative times, adjust pacing, or modify the structure of sessions when appropriate.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare or unforeseen situations, we may offer alternative solutions such as session credits, adjusted timelines, or revised delivery methods at our sole discretion.
