Coaching Services

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Scheduling and Attendance
We understand schedules change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate client needs when possible. Sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice as outlined in the coaching agreement. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
Payments and Refund Policy
All coaching purchases are final sale due to the nature of coaching services and the reservation of time and resources. No refunds will be issued once services are purchased. If scheduling challenges arise, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions within the agreed coaching timeframe.
Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are kept confidential to the fullest extent permitted by law. Information may only be disclosed if required by legal obligation or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, worksheets, and content provided through coaching or this website remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
